Another experimental recipe potato omelette:
1 large potato
1 piece egg
a bit of pepper
Cut the potato into small cubes. Mix the egg cornstarch, seasoning mix and pepper with the potato.
Note: Just determine the amount of cornstarch that you need to use.
Once the mixture thickens, you can now fry the batter into small portions until it turns golden brown.
PS The little boy in the middle is my youngest son.
